The team at Deomax Group has been helping homeowners build their dream homes for over 10 years now. From small one room renovation projects to large home interior renovation projects, we do it all for our valued clients. Whatever you want to do, you can count on us to work closely with you to develop a plan for your project and then to execute that plan to your specifications.
Who Runs Deomax Group
Dmytro Ostrovskyi is the owner and general contractor at Deomax Group. He is the person who runs the site visit, prices the work and stays accountable for it through to handover, which is deliberate: on most of our projects the homeowner deals with the same person from the first walkthrough to the final inspection rather than being handed down a chain. Deomax Group has been building in the GTA since 2009. What started as interior renovation work has grown into a general contracting business that covers kitchens, bathrooms, basements, full home renovations, home additions, garden suites and laneway houses, condo units, and commercial and clinic fit-outs.
What we can actually show you
- In business since 2009. More than 15 years working in Toronto and the GTA, through three offices in Mississauga and Etobicoke.
- Documented projects, not a headline number. Our project gallery publishes more than 80 individual completed projects, each with its own page, scope and photos, sorted by trade and by city. Read a few in your own neighbourhood before you call anyone.
- Liability insurance, certificate on request. We carry liability insurance and will send the certificate before work starts. Condo corporations and property managers normally require one naming the corporation, and we provide it as standard.
- WSIB coverage. Certificates are supplied before mobilization on commercial work.
- A written warranty. A 2-year installation warranty on parts and labour. The scope, exclusions and effective date are set out in full on our warranty page rather than being left as a slogan.
- Permits in scope. Where a project needs a building permit, we confirm the zoning position, prepare the application and carry it through review. We do not hand you a drawing and wish you luck at the counter.
- English, Ukrainian and Russian. Spoken across the team, which matters more than people expect when you are discussing scope and money.
