At Deomax Group, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship. That’s why we offer a straightforward 2-year installation warranty for all products and fixtures we supply and install. Our warranty covers any leaks in hot and cold water lines, drain lines, or fixture failures, ensuring repairs or replacements at our discretion for a full two years- this includes both parts and labor.

However, some circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered under this warranty:

  • Pre-Existing Issues: Clogged drains, plumbing, or electrical problems that existed before our work.
  • Post-Completion Blockages: Clogged toilets or drains that occur after the project is completed.
  • Misuse or Abuse: Damage caused by improper use or neglect.
  • Third-Party Factors or Acts of Nature: Issues resulting from external forces such as vandalism, theft, weather events, or natural disasters.
  • Electrical Components: Items like switches, GFI outlets, lights, bulbs, and fan motors.
  • Glass and Mirrors: All glass products, mirrors, and similar materials.
  • Grout and Silicone: Discoloration, separation, shrinkage, or other maintenance-related issues.
  • Aging and Maintenance: Normal wear and tear, mold prevention, silicone treatments, and re-caulking.
  • Unauthorized Repairs or Alterations: Modifications or repairs not approved by Deomax Group.
  • Accessories and Hardware: Items like hand shower hoses, brackets, slide bars, shower rods, grab bars, and drawer sliders.
  • Moisture Damage: Issues like door swelling or laminate countertop damage caused by water exposure.
  • Cosmetic Imperfections: Minor cosmetic flaws like spider cracks or similar blemishes.
  • Rental Properties: Work performed on rental units or properties.

Our warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective products or fixtures, as determined at our discretion. Additionally, products or services provided free of charge are not covered under this warranty.
